- 1 cup black lentils

- 1/4 cup urad dal

- 3 tablespoons butter

- 1 chhota chammach sarson ke beej

- 1 bada chammach adrak-lehsun ka paste

- 1 chhota chammach dhaniya powder

- 1/2 chhota chammach lal mirch powder

- 1/4 chhota chammach haldi powder

- 1/2 cup tamatar ka puree

- 1/2 cup cream

- 2 laung

- 2-3 hari elaichi ke daane

- 1 tukda dalchini

- Namak swad anusar


Method


Step 1: Black lentils aur urad dal ko alag-alag dho kar raat bhar bhigo dein.


Step 2: Dhoi hui lentils ko pani ke saath ek pan mein daal kar ubaalne dein.


Step 3: Ek pan mein butter garam karein aur usmein sarson ke beej, hari elaichi, dalchini aur laung daal kar temper karein.


Step 4: Adrak-lehsun ka paste daalein aur bhunein, phir dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder aur haldi powder daalein.


Step 5: Tamatar ka puree daalein aur achhe se milayein.


Step 6: Is mishran ko ubalte hue lentils mein milayein aur acchi tarah se pakayein.


Step 7: Cream daal kar achhe se milayein, aur dhimi aanch par 10-15 minute tak pakayein.


Step 8: Swad anusar namak daalein aur garama garam serve karein.
