लौकी की सब्जी बनाने का सबसे आसान तरीका

Lauki Ki Sabji ek swadisht aur healthy Indian dish hai jo ghiya (lauki) se banai jati hai. Isme lauki ko tamatar aur masalon ke saath pakaya jata hai, jo ek mazedar sabji banata hai. Iska swad poore parivar ko pasand aata hai.


लौकी की सब्जी बनाने का सबसे आसान तरीका


Lauki ki sabji banane ke liye aapko yeh Ingredients chahiye hogi:


Ingredients:


● 1 medium size lauki (ghiya)

● 2 tamatar

● 1 pyaaz

● 2-3 hari mirch

● 1/2 chammach haldi

● 1 chammach dhaniya powder

● 1/2 chammach garam masala

● Namak swaad anusar

● 2 chammach tel

● Hing (asafoetida) ka chutki bhar

● Jeera (cumin seeds) choti matra mein


Method:


Step- 1. Lauki ko chheel kar kaat lein aur beej nikaal dein.


Step- 2. Pyaaz ko kaat kar kadai mein tel garam karke bhunein, jab tak wah golden brown na ho jaaye.


Step- 3. Ab jeera aur hing daal kar mix karein.


Step- 4. Tamatar ko kaat kar dalein aur masale daalkar mix karein. Haldi, namak, dhaniya powder aur hari mirch daal kar acche se milayein.


Step- 5. Lauki ko bhi dalein aur acche se mix karein. Dhakkan laga kar dhimi aanch par pakayein, lagbhag 10-15 minutes tak ya jab tak lauki naram na ho jaaye.


Step- 6. Jab lauki pak jaaye to garam masala daal kar mix karein.


Step- 7. Lauki ki sabji taiyar hai, jo roti ya chawal ke saath serve kar sakte hain.


Important Tips


● Lauki ki freshness check karein, kharab lauki na use karein.

● Sabji ko jyada pakane se lauki kadwi ho sakti hai, isliye naram hone tak hi pakayein.

● Masalon ki matra apne swaad anusaar badhayein ya ghatayein.
