● 2 chammach makhan (ghee) ya tel
● 1/2 chammach jeera
● 1 tejpatta

● 2-3 laung
● 1 badi elaichi

Method:
Step - 1. Palak ko ubaal kar chalni mein chaan le aur thande pani mein daal kar acchi tarah se dhoye. Fir blendar mein pees le aur paste taiyar kar le.
Step - 2. Ek kadhai mein makhan ya tel garam karein. Jeera, tejpatta, hari elaichi, laung aur badi elaichi daalein. Thodi der tak bhunein.
Step - 3. Ab pyaaz ko golden brown hone tak bhunein.
Step - 4. Pyaaz ke rang badalne par adrak aur lehsun dalein. Saute karein jab tak gathiya hone tak.
Step - 5. Ab tamatar aur hari mirch dalein. Tamatar gal jaane tak pakayein.
Step - 6. Dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak dalein. Acchi tarah se milayein.
Step - 7. Ab palak ka paste dalein aur acchi tarah mix karein. Dhimi aanch par pakayein.
Step - 8. Jab palak pak jaaye, paneer tukdo ko dalein aur milayein. Dhimi aanch par 5-7 minute tak pakayein.
Step - 9. Palak paneer taiyar hai! Garama garam chawal ya roti ke saath serve karein.
Tips:
● Palak ko dhokar acchi tarah se sukha lein, taki curry patli na ho.
● Paneer ko thoda sa garam paani mein bhigo kar rakhein, isse woh naram aur swadisht hoga.
