Aloo ki Tikki ek prasiddh Indian snack hai, jo uble hue aloo aur masalon ke mishran se bana hota hai. Yeh ek swadist aur crispy deep-fried ya baked patty hai, jise akele snack ke taur par ya badi bhojan ke hisse ke roop mein liya jata hai. "Aloo" shabd ka arth hai aloo (potato) aur "tikki" se matalab hota hai cutlet ya patty.

Aloo ki Tikki ek aisa dish hai jo Bharat mein vibhinn pradeshon ki rasoiyon mein payi jaati hai, aur har pradesh apne swadeshi aakar ko isme shamil karta hai. Iski swadistta, crispy texture aur sugandhit masalon ka mishran isey swadisht banate hain, aur yeh jeebh ko anandit karne wala khana hai.


Aloo Tikki Recipe Ingredients:


• 4 beecham aakar ke aloo, uble aur pees • liye gaye

• 1/2 cup bread crumbs

• 1/4 cup pyaaz, chhoti-chhoti kata hui

• 2 hari mirch, chhoti-chhoti kata hui

• 2 tablespoon kata hua dhaniya

• 1 teaspoon adrak ka paste

• 1 teaspoon chaat masala

• 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder

• 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

• Namak swaad anusar

• Tel talne ke liye


Aloo ki Tikki Making Method Step by Step -

Aloo ki Tikki banane ki vidhi mein aloo ko ubal kar peesna shamil hota hai, aur isey pyaaz, hari mirch, adrak, dhaniya patti, chaat masala, lal mirch powder aur garam masala ke mishran ke saath milaya jata hai. Is mishran ko phir gol ya ovaal patty mein shape diya jata hai aur ise gehu ke aate mein tal kar sunehra-bhura aur crispy hone tak pakaya jata hai, ya fir ise oven mein bake karke crust develop hone tak pakaya jata hai.

Step- 1: Aloo ubal kar pees len


Aloo ko chheel kar chauthaiyon mein kaat len.

Aloo ke tukde ko ek bade bartan mein daal den, uspar paani dalen aur thoda namak daalen.

Aloo ko itna ubal len ki woh fork se aasani se pees jaaye.

Paani nikal den aur aloo ko thoda thanda hone den.

Thanda ho jaane par aloo ko ek aloo masher ya fork ki madad se achhe se pees len. Dhyaan den ki koi gaanth na rahe.


Step- 2: Tikki ki Mishran taiyaar karen


Ek mixing bowl mein peese hue aloo, kata hua pyaaz, hari mirch, adrak ka paste, kata hua dhaniya, bread crumbs, chaat masala, lal mirch powder, garam masala aur namak daalen.


Sabko achhe se mila len, taaki sabhi samagri ek saath achhe se mix ho jaaye.

Agar mishran bahut naram aur chipchipa hai, toh thoda aur bread crumbs daal kar sahi consistency prapt kar len.

Mishran ka swaad check kar len aur zaroorat anusaar namak adhik kar len.


Step- 3: Tikki ka Aakaar den


Ek chhota hissa mishran lekar usse gole banaye. Usse halka-halka daba kar tikki ka aakaar de len.

Baki mishran ke saath yehi prakriya dohrayen, jab tak saare tikki ban na jaayein.


Step- 4: Tikki ko Talen


Ek kadai ya tawe mein tel garam karen medium aanch par.

Jab tel garam ho jaaye, halki-halki tikki ko tel mein daalen. Dhyan den ki kadai mein tikkiyon ko jyada na rakhein; agar zaroorat ho toh unhein baatche mein talen.


Tikkiyon ko har taraf se lagbhag 3-4 minute tak talen ya jab tak woh sunehre-bhure rang ki na ho jayein aur crispy na ho jayein.

Jyada tel nikalne ke liye chalni wali chamcha ka istemal karke talen hui tikkiyon ko ek paper towel se sajaya hua plate mein rakhen.


Step- 5: Aloo ki Tikki ko Serve karen


Aloo ki tikki ko ek akele snack ke taur par ya badi bhojan ke hisse ke roop mein pesh kiya ja sakta hai.

Aap isse pudine ki chutney, imli ki chutney ya tamatar ketchup ke saath serve kar sakte hain.


Tikkiyon par thodi kata hui pyaaz, kata hua dhaniya aur chaat masala daal kar aur zyada swaad ke liye garnish kar sakte hain.

Note: Aap Aloo ki Tikki ko tel mein na tal kar healthier bana sakte hain. Aapka oven 200°C (400°F) tak garam karen aur tikkiyon ko greased baking sheet par rakh den. Lagbhag 15-20 minute tak bake karen ya jab tak woh sunehre-bhure rang ki na ho jayein, beech mein ek baar palat den.
